Purpose: deals with quality activities and preparation of the program for academic accreditation.

Committee responsibilities:

1- Promoting and disseminating the concept of quality culture among all program employees.

2- Continuously ensuring that the program meets the quality requirements issued by the Education Evaluation Commission / National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation.

3- Preparing and reviewing reports of programs and courses and submitting them to the department council in a timely manner according to the forms of the Education Evaluation Authority / National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation.

4- Preparing the program description periodically and submitting it to the department council in a timely manner according to the forms of the Education Evaluation Authority / the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation.

5- Follow up the preparation of course files in the program and work on updating them continuously.

6- Working on reviewing the program plan periodically to ensure that it is compatible with recent scientific changes and that it is compatible with the requirements of quality and academic accreditation.

7- Preparing a self-study report for the program according to the forms of the Education Evaluation Authority / National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation.

8- Preparing KPIs performance indicators reports

9- Identifying and collecting evidence and proofs for the primary self-evaluation measures.

10- Conducting reference comparisons for the program that will work to enhance the strengths, identify areas for improvement, and work on developing development plans to address them.

11- Carry out any other works and tasks within the scope and powers of the work.

4- The committee submits its work reports to the Dean.

5- The committee shall adhere to the timetable set for the implementation of the initiative after receiving a copy of the executive and operational plan for the current year.

Purpose: deals with development of the program and it's curriculum; periodic revising and updating the curriculum to make sure its meet the labor market need and keep pace with development in the field.

Committee responsibilities:

1- Implementation of the program transformation plan 1445 AH in accordance with the requirements and objectives of each stage of the implementation plan of the project.

2- Preparing periodic reports for each stage of program development.

3- Continuous communication with stakeholders/beneficiaries (faculty members, alumni, students, employers) to ensure their participation in the program building and development processes.

4- Commitment to the set timetable for completing the program development processes.

5- Commitment to using the National Qualifications Framework 2020 as a reference for building developed programs and using the updated National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation models, taking into account the standards and criteria for academic program accreditation, version 2022.
