Committee Responsibilities:
1- Promoting and disseminating the concept of quality culture among all program employees.
2- Continuously ensuring that the program meets the quality requirements issued by the Education Evaluation Commission / National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation.
3- Preparing and reviewing reports of programs and courses and submitting them to the department council in a timely manner according to the forms of the Education Evaluation Authority / National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation.
4- Preparing the program description periodically and submitting it to the department council in a timely manner according to the forms of the Education Evaluation Authority / the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation.
5- Follow up the preparation of course files in the program and work on updating them continuously.
6- Working on reviewing the program plan periodically to ensure that it is compatible with recent scientific changes and that it is compatible with the requirements of quality and academic accreditation.
7- Preparing a self-study report for the program according to the forms of the Education Evaluation Authority / National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation.
8- Preparing KPIs performance indicators reports
9- Identifying and collecting evidence and proofs for the primary self-evaluation measures.
10- Conducting reference comparisons for the program that will work to enhance the strengths, identify areas for improvement, and work on developing development plans to address them.
11- Carry out any other works and tasks within the scope and powers of the work.

1.Receiving lists of excellence from the concerned departments and distributing students to places of excellence, taking into account specialization and diversity in geographical areas and students’ cases
2. Coordinating with the scientific departments to open channels of training for excellence inside and outside the region in accordance with the controls approved by the scientific department
3. Coordinating with the concerned departments to propose a clear evaluation mechanism that is compatible with the training requirements, based on the field experience description and what the concerned department decides, and submitting it through the competent councils for approval.
4. Coordinating with the concerned departments to design and develop excellence evaluation models after they have been approved as a system.
5. Unifying work procedures in training excellence in different departments, taking into account the nature of specialization.
6. Providing consultations during the franchise training for all those in charge of it.
7. Follow up on the implementation of the franchise standards and conditions and adhere to its instructions
8. Activating electronic follow-up and evaluation of trainees inside and outside the region.
9. Collecting and analyzing data and questionnaires, and responding to inquiries from training agencies and students
10. Benefit from the results of the evaluation to raise the efficiency of supervisors of scientific departments and cooperating trainers.
